youRView, located at the heart of the Hollywood Hills right off of Mulholland Drive, comes with an Airstream, a separate luxury shower & steam room, a fully equipped professional kitchen and a fire pit. For chilly nights, youRView offers space heaters.
- Each event organizer needs to take out liability insurance including a Waiver of Subrogation through The Event Helper or Thimble (choice depends on type of event)
- Ages 10+ (strictly enforced)
- No smoking on the property
- Free (limited) street parking is available
- Furniture and decorations may be moved
CATERING
youRView offers a beautiful setting for private (intimate) dinners. Your personal chef will enjoy the fully equipped professional kitchen which benefits from modern appliances such as a double door fridge, two ovens, stove, and a plancha, which are fully integrated. In addition, the professional kitchen accommodates a Solo Stove (wood fire) pizza oven.
- The chef’s kitchen is available at an additional charge
- You can bring any private chef for your private dinner event
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
youRView offers a private setting with no neighboring sounds and features an additional 150-inch outdoor movie screen & 4K projector, that can be connected to the SONOS sound system. Additionally, youRView offers a luxury solar-heated pool measuring 30'x15' (gas heating is available at an additional charge).
- Loud music is not allowed (lounge music/silent disco are)
PRODUCTION NOTES
youRView, located in the heart of Hollywood, offers ample power for all your production needs. The bohemian event space houses an Airstream, a firepit, a swimming pool, a lounge patio, and other areas suitable for filming, photography/photoshoots, commercials, and high-end productions.
- Production insurance is required
- All areas are available for shooting
ACCESSIBILITY
youRView is easily accessible via a front and back entrance. The front entrance is mainly used as the main entryway for your guests, while the back entrance is perfect for unloading your equipment and/or other large items.
- The front entrance of the event space has stairs
- The back entrance has a large 15' gate with no steps or stairs
